S-Con, Inc. continues to grow and expand. Since its beginning in 1990, S-Con has grown from a total of five (5) Owners/Employees to a company that now employs over 165 full-time, direct hire employees. Combined with our field construction crews, S-Con has over 400 employees on its payroll at any given time.
S-Con has also expanded in the scope and supply of its capabilities. Originally founded as a company that specialized in the re-location, refurbishment and reconstruction of existing plants and treating units, S-Con has grown into a full EPC company capable of providing complete engineering design services, procurement, equipment and skid fabrication, construction services and construction management.
S-Con has also grown over the years into several locations with the corporate offices and fabrication facilities now based in Bryan, Texas. The Bryan facility has been continually expanded for the last several years with at least one major building added to the complex per year and now has almost 100,000 square feet of shop and office space under roof. The Bryan facility sits on thirteen acres, plus a near-by 7 acre facility that includes a building with dual, state-of-the-art paint booths, a steel-shot blasting booth and a paint mixing room. This state-of-the-art painting facility is located within 2 miles of the main Bryan office and fabrication location.
Other S-Con offices are located in Humble and Richmond, Texas.
