William (Bill) Bates is S-Con's Director of Safety and has 20-plus years in Construction Safety with the following qualifications: Certified Master Operator Qualification Instructor, Authorized Instructor OSHA 10 & 30-hour courses, Construction Site Safety Master Instructor, CPR, First Aid, AED Instructor, Safe Land SafeGulf USA Training Instructor, Certified Equipment Instructor on equipment use (such as Cranes, Forklifts, Aerial Lifts, Backhoes) and Qualified Instructor in many tasks such as Confine Space Entry, Lock Out -Tag Out, Scaffold Building,  Ladder Safety, Electrical Safety and Fall Protection to name a few.
